Product requirements for returns
Products can only be returned in their original packaging and in new condition.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for this reduction in value. Please handle the product with care and ensure that it is well packaged when returned.
This means that products may be removed from their packaging to try them on, but may not be used. Swimwear with hygiene stickers will only be accepted if the hygiene sticker is still intact on the product.
A number of exceptions apply.
Our hygiene products are sealed and may only be returned in unopened packaging. Our hygiene products are:
- Earplugs
- Nose clips
- Swim caps
- Swim vests
Snorkels and swim buoys must not have come into contact with the mouth.

- You may register your order for return without giving a reason within 30 days of receiving it.
- After registering the return, you have 30 days to send it back. After this period, the return will expire.
- Once we have received your return, we will process it within 14 days.

We reserve the right to charge for any reduction in value in the case of damaged returns. This may amount to up to 100% of the item's value. Please ensure that your return is well packaged.

You have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason within 30 days of receiving it. After cancellation, you have a further 30 days to return your product. You will then receive a refund of the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs of returning the product from your address to the online shop are your responsibility. These costs vary; please consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all supplied accessories and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can register your return in our returns portal. We will then refund the amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided that the product has already been received by us in good condition.
