Warranty and Complaints

We care about our products and naturally do our best to deliver them to you in excellent condition. However, an order may occasionally be damaged during transport or something else may happen that entitles you to make a claim under the guarantee. Under European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery of the goods. You may have additional rights under Dutch law.

If you discover, or should reasonably have discovered, a defect in the product, you must contact us within a reasonable period. A period of at least two months is considered reasonable. In certain circumstances, a period of more than two months may also be acceptable.

If you contact us in good time, we will arrange a free repair or replacement.

Occasionally, something may not go entirely as planned. We recommend that you first notify us of any complaint by contacting us via our contact form.
