Finis Tempo Trainer Tech Toc

Finis Tempo Trainer Tech Toc Black

Improve your performance

The Finis Tempo Trainer Tech Toc Black provides immediate audio feedback to help you optimise your stroke rhythm and hip rotation. The clear click lets you know straight away whether your roll and timing are right, making it ideal for sprint sets and technical drills. Competitive swimmers across Europe use the Tech Toc to become consistently faster and eliminate inefficient movements.

Precision in technique

The Finis Tempo Trainer Tech Toc Black encourages symmetrical rotation and strong hip undulation across all four strokes. Its built-in ball bearing and acoustic amplifiers provide clear signals as you tilt, helping your technique improve in a way you can both feel and hear during every length. With the Delay Setting, you can deliberately exaggerate your rotation to practise the correct timing.

Fit and ease of use

The adjustable nylon strap of the Finis Tempo Trainer Tech Toc Black fits comfortably around your hips or waist and stays securely in place during intensive sets. The simple fastening makes it quick to put on and take off, giving you more time in the water and less time lost between training changes. Wear it over your competition swimsuit or under a tracksuit without any fuss.

Comfort and feedback

Thanks to its lightweight design, you will barely notice the Tech Toc during repetitions, while still receiving the continuous feedback you need. The audio signals are clear without distracting noise, helping you stay focused during sets and intervals. This makes the Finis Tempo Trainer Tech Toc Black ideal for technical sessions and lactate training.

Compatible with your swim equipment

Use the Finis Tempo Trainer Tech Toc Black with your swim bag for competitive swimmers or store it in your sports bag for the pool. Its compact design fits easily into a swim backpack with a wet compartment and takes up very little space. This helps keep your training accessories organised and ready for your next session.
