Delivery information
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 12.00 on working days on the same day. However, this is not always possible. Some products may be out of stock, which means delivery of your order may take a little longer. If a product is delayed, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.
Delivery is handled by the postperson or courier from GLS, DHL, DPD or PostNL. In general, deliveries take place between 9.00 and 18.00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.
