Normally, our delivery time in the Netherlands is 1 to 2 days. Orders are not delivered on Sundays.
During the holidays, delivery times may be longer than usual due to increased demand at the parcel carriers. Please place your order in time to avoid being left without presents at Christmas!
If the Track & Trace status of your order has not changed for more than 3 days or you suspect there is an issue with the delivery, please contact our customer service team. We will then check with the carrier to find out where your order is.
