Orders placed on weekdays before 12.00 pm, we aim to dispatch on the same day. However, we may not always be able to meet this, sometimes products are out of stock, which may cause a slight delay in the delivery of your order. If a product is delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Delivery is carried out by the postman or courier service of GLS, DHL, DPD, or PostNL. Generally, delivery will take place within two working days between 9.00 am and 6.00 pm. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.
