We strive to ship orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 PM the same day. However, we're not always able to meet this deadline; sometimes products are out of stock, and delivery may take a little longer. If a product is delayed, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

Delivery is handled by a GLS, DHL, DPD, or PostNL mail carrier. Delivery will generally take place within two business days between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery times.
