The costs for returns are always at your own expense, unless we indicate otherwise.
Costs for returns are:
- Netherlands: €4.95
- Belgium: €5.95
Product return requirements
Product return requirements
Products can only be returned in the original packaging and in new condition.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what's necessary to try it out, we may charge you for the reduction in value. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.
This means that the products may be removed from their packaging to try on, but not used. Swimwear with hygiene stickers will only be accepted if the hygiene sticker is still intact on the product.
There are a number of exceptions to this.
Our hygiene products are sealed and may only be returned in unopened packaging. Our hygiene products are:
- Earplugs
- Nose clips
- Bathing caps
- Life jackets
Snorkels and lifebuoys must not have come into contact with the mouth.

- You can return your order up to 30 days after receiving it without giving a reason.
- After registering your return, you have 30 days to send it back. After that, the return will be canceled.
- After we have received your return, we will process it within 14 days.

We reserve the right to charge a depreciation fee for damaged returns. This can amount to up to 100% of the item's value. Therefore, please ensure your return is properly packaged!

You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 30 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs are for your own account; consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can register your return in our returns portal . We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.
